Meet Dr. Hunter LaRosa, DDS

Dr. Hunter LaRosa is a proud Williamson, NY native who grew up in the greater Rochester area. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Le Moyne College before receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. Dr. LaRosa went on to complete his General Practice Residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse in 2024.

He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA), and the Seventh District Dental Society, where he also serves on the board of directors. Deeply committed to continuing education, Dr. LaRosa participates in advanced training through the Spear Education organization and other respected groups.

Driven by a strong passion for service, Dr. LaRosa is dedicated to community outreach, both in clinical and non-clinical settings. He volunteers with Remote Area Medical (RAM), providing free dental care to underserved populations, and actively participates in outreach initiatives organized by the Seventh District Dental Society. He is especially focused on improving access to dental care in rural areas. Outside the office, Dr. LaRosa enjoys hiking, road trips, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills. A former Eagle Scout and lifelong outdoorsman, he hopes to visit every U.S. national park. He also plays the clarinet and enjoys spending time in nature.

With honesty, integrity, and personalized care as his guiding principles, Dr. LaRosa is excited to provide comprehensive dental care to the Rochester community.
